The Skylark Café & Club Presents

Pork Chop Dinner!

September 18, 2025 7:00 PM

Did you have the same pork chop experience I did as a kid? That shoe leather tough, thin, dry piece of meat that you had to have apple sauce with to give it some moisture? Well, it's time to show you what a pork chop can be! I found these amazing pork chops from a farm up in Burlington and I can't wait to share them with you! We'll be doing a pork chop dinner next Thursday 9/18 featuring these 8-10oz beauties, served with a Cauliflower Mash, sautéed Apple, Leek, and Fennel, a tasty salad to start, and Janna's amazing Rhubarb Coffee Cake to finish it off. This is a steal at $35/person but we're trying to keep things affordable amidst all the goings on in the world:)

*Everything is or can be gluten free- just let us know!

This will be a limited seating event and if we happen to sell out of the 7:00 seating we will open up an earlier time. PLEASE let us know in advance if you can't make it so we can offer your space to someone else.
